Consultation Fees

Consultation and evaluation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Prescription Medications

Due to federal and state consumer protection regulations regarding prescription medications, prescription products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped.

All prescription medication sales are final.

Treatment Eligibility

Payment for an evaluation does not guarantee approval for treatment or issuance of a prescription.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
